Studio A is the Landscape Architect and engineering consultant for a new ski village at the base of Bear Mountain, one of the five peaks at the Killington Resort in Vermont. The project design includes six 12-plex condominiums in clusters of two, each with a plaza for outdoor activities including hot tubs and fire pits. Parking is below grade.
Additionally, a cluster of eighteen duplex townhouses are planned. All units are designed to be ski-in ski-out. Replacement of the existing Bear Mountain Lodge with a new 24,000SF Lodge is also included in the project.
