K-1 Lodge – Killington

Studio A provided Landscape Architectural design services for the new K-1 Lodge at the Killington Resort in Vermont. The new 42,000 SF lodge is a replacement of the original 34,000 SF lodge near the runout for the Superstar Trail which is the site of the Women’s World Cup Event.Studio A services included developing the overall site plan. Design Development level grading and drainage and Construction Documents were prepared for surface improvements such as vehicular drop-off area and arrival plaza, trail-side patio with fire pit, BBQ station, outdoor dining area, and ski rack storage area. Also included is the design of landscaping, lighting, and site furnishings.
