The “Rock Top” site is a waterfront parcel on Basin Bay with breathtaking views to the east side of Lake George. A new residence was designed to replace the former Freihofer Estate, centered on the top of the “rock,” overlooking a ledge into the water. A guest house, two private beaches, lakeside entertaining patio with outdoor kitchen, fire pit and a boathouse with docks were incorporated into the project. Accessed by a long curvilinear drive off the main road, the remaining land has been subdivided for the future development of two residential lots.
