Studio A was retained to design a mixed use development project that included retail shops on the first floor and 24 affordable apartment units. On grade parking was designed at the rear of the site with the retail shops streetside, as prescribed by the Town of Queensbury Zoning Law. The site is serviced by municipal water and sewer utilities.
