Studio A planned the conversion of a motel and cabin colony complex on Lake George that was repurposed into a single-family compound including a main house, guest cottage, and lakeside entertaining cabin. Views across a lush lawn to the lake and mountains beyond were developed with a meandering path that brings guests to a fire pit, lakeside entertaining area, sandy beach, and docks.
Studio A provided Landscape Architectural and Civil Engineering services to obtain variances and site plan approvals for the project.
