Situated on picturesque Schroon Lake is WOL's “Academic” campus for the Bible Institute. Studio A developed a world-class vision for the campus by preparing a Master Plan that updates the arrival sequence, athletic facilities, and student residential experience. Following completion of the Master Plan, development projects are in process of being implemented. Phase 1 of the dormitory expansion included Adirondack Hall and Hungary Dorm, which were completed in the Fall of 2019.
The athletic facility includes an NCAA-Compliant, lighted, artificial turf soccer field and stadium to accommodate 1,100 people, a gymnasium building and related site improvements which were completed in Fall 2020. Designed to complement the character of the Adirondack setting, the Stadium includes an amphitheater that is nestled into an existing hillside. "New England" finished pre-cast concrete Redi-Rock units were selected for the terraced seat walls to provide a rugged mountain look and durable seating with artificial turf surfaces in between.

Additional site improvements include the Welcome Center which provides students and guests with a formal arrival to the campus, complete with two plazas, flagpoles, seating, lighting, and landscaping. The plazas connect to adjacent areas on campus through quad-like walks and lawn areas. The drop-off loop at the gymnasium provides visitors and students direct access to the facility and soccer field and includes a bus drop-off to accommodate larger groups while also accommodating ADA parking spaces. Pedestrian circulation connects to the adjacent campus and associated landscaping provides both aesthetic and stormwater management practices. Scattered throughout the drop-off loop are large natural boulders from on-site to complement the Adirondack character.
Various dormitories, vehicular and pedestrian circulation, plantings, utilities, and stormwater projects have been completed across the campus as well.
