Studio A provided Landscape Architectural design services for a new ski village at the base of Bear Mountain, one of the five peaks at the Killington Resort in Vermont. The project design includes six 12-plex condominium buildings in clusters of two, each with a plaza for outdoor activities including hot tubs and fire pits. Parking is below grade. A cluster of eighteen duplex townhouses are planned with all units designed to be ski-in ski-out.
